What shipping carriers do you use?
Customers can choose from USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Chose what best fits your needs.
Can I return a product and get a refund?
Since our products are food based, generally all sales of our candy are final. We do offer some exceptions but do ask all to inspect orders when received. Return/refund policy: We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return IF you received the wrong item, mislabeled product, product recall, or faulty packaging (such as water was able to get into the packaging and ruined the product - we do offer refunds in this instances on a case by case basis. To be eligible for a return, your item must be able to show the issue - via photo/video and/or be willing to return the item in the same condition that you received it, unopened and undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/order number or other proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at email@example.com. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
What is the shipping time on orders?
Most orders take 3-5 days to fulfill as all of the products on the Shelly's Lollies website are hand made and made to order and stock can fluctuate day to day. Since we offer a large variety of flavors some may be out of stock temporarily until more can be made. During the holidays, expect longer lead times due to higher volume of orders.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on weight, size of package and distance. The cost of an average order weighing 1-2 lbs can range from $5.00 to $8.00. Shipping estimates are given during the check out process so you can choose what best fit your needs albeit express, budget friendly, etc. If another, more affordable option is available after your purchase we will contact you via email and offer that to you and any difference in cost will be refunded back to you.
Do you have a storefront I can visit or pick up an order?
We do not have a physical location where customer can visit or pick up orders. Granted for those in the Maryland area, you can find us at some farmers markets (like the Carroll County Farmers Market held at the Carroll County Ag Center in Westminster, MD on various Saturdays's throughout the year) or other art and craft street festivals. Why can't I find all the flavors you offer?
While we do offer over 60 flavors, some are seasonal and do not carry some flavors year around. Also with just launching the Shelly's Loillies website February 14th 2021, we do not have photos of all our flavors in the form of all the products we offer (yet!), but do carry them. Want one we you cannot find via our website, simply email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your flavor requests and quantity desired and we will get back to you with an invoice you.
I don't know if I would like certain flavors. Can I receive samples before I purchase?
Sorry, we do not offer free samples at this time but may in the future.
I want to place a bulk order/special order. How do I do that?
Contact us via email at email@example.com with what your needs are including flavors, product type, and date needed and we will get back to you with a quote and proceed from there. Do know large bulk candy order may take 2 weeks to 1 month to fulfill depending on size of the order, the amount of supplies on hand to fulfill the order, and amount of orders ahead of your order. All of this will be communicated via your quote.
